The following are open all year round. Before embarking on your journey, please contact the individual businesses regarding their specific opening days and times.

The Farm Centre
Is open every day, all year round, including Bank Holidays between 10.00am and 5.00pm (March to October) and 10.00am and 4.00pm (November to February) Closed 24th, 25th, 26th December and will close early (2pm) on the 31st December, closed 1st January.

Farm Centre Entrance Fee:

* Except during the weekend of the Essex Country Show in September where you will have to pay an Entrance fee to visit the Farm Centre..

* Throughout the year Special Events are held at the farm so come along and join in the fun! (Additional fee charged at some special events, check the events page for details).

* Special Offer Vouchers will not be valid during special event days.


Craft Village
Free entry into the Craft Village, except during the weekend of the Essex Country Show in September where you will have to pay an Entrance Fee to visit the Craft Village.

Parking
Coach and car parking is free, with designated disabled parking spaces.

Dogs
No dogs (except Guide Dogs) are allowed in the Craft Village and Farm Centre.

The Hive Restaurant
The Hive Restaurant is dedicated to serving fresh food from locally sourced produce whether it be breakfast, tea and cakes or a wholesome lunch. The Hive has an intimate feel but can also cater for larger groups.
